<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a wire of good soldering property by applying and baking polyurethane varnish of prescribed composition on the outside of a lower-layer coat which is formed by applying and baking polyurethane varnish using non- cresol group solvent on a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A lower-layer coat 2 is formed by applying and baking polyurethane varnish using non-cresol group solvent on a conductor 1. On the outside of the coat 2, polyurethane varnish which contains at least one kind of alcohol having four-valence or more and consists of polyore component containing 12.5% or more hydroxyl group, in which 3-40mole% of alcohol component is alcohol of four-valence or more, and contains stabilized isocyanate compound element is applied and baked to form an upper coat 3. An insulating layer with the ratio of the thicknesses between the coats 2, 3 set to the upper layer/ the lower layer 1/5, is then formed. As a result, a wire which has excellent soldering property, extremely small gas generation and adsorption and high reliability is obtained.</p> |
