PURPOSE:To prevent software from being used illegally by incorporating a request instruction for deciding whether or not execution is allowed in the software, and collating it with a contracted software ID recorded on a software ID storage device separately. CONSTITUTION:A means 2 for deciding whether the execution is allowed or not receives the request instruction 12 for deciding whether or not the execution is allowed which is incorporated when the software 10 from the software 10 and sends a request to read a contracted software ID table 31 to a contracted software ID read means 21 to decide whether or not the software ID 11 added to said request instruction 12 is registered in the read contracted software ID able 31. Then when the software ID 11 is not registered, it is judged that the software 10 can not be executed, namely, is not contracted to request an execution software forcible end means 23 to quit the execution of the software 10 and also request an execution possible/impossible display means 24 to make a display showing that the software is not contracted. Consequently, the software is prevented from being used illegally. |
