PURPOSE:To make a liquid expandable raw material difficult to leak from yarn holes by piercing yarn for a loop through an overlapped part and drawing it to the other side, projecting and forming the loops in the prescribed intervals and repeating the entanglement of leno yarn and the loop and sewing the overlapped part of the end part of a skin constitutional piece. CONSTITUTION:Sewing of a skin constitutional piece is performed by entanglement of yarn 26 for a loop arranged to one side of an overlapped part 25 and leno yarn 28 arranged to the other side. Yarn 26 for a loop present in one side of the overlapped part 25 is pierced through the overlapped part 25 at every prescribed interval and drawn out in a loop shape to the other side of the overlapped part 25. A first, second and third loops 30, 30, 30,... consisting of the prescribed interval are projected and formed in the other side. The yarn holes 32, 32, 32,... are formed by piercing yarn 26 for the loop through the overlapped part 25. Leno yarn 28 present in the other side of the overlapped part 25 is entangled to the loops 30, 30,... in the other side without being drawn into the yarn holes 32. These yarn holes are made small and closed by the chainlike entanglement of yarn for the loop and leno yarn. A liquid expandable raw material is prevented from being leaked through the yarn holes at a time for expansion molding integrated to skin. |
