发明名称 PRODUCTION OF HIGH-DENSITY OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high-density oxide superconductor having high critical temp. and current density by forming an oxide superconductor powder and sintering the formed body in the partial melting temp. range under specified pressure. CONSTITUTION:The powder of a composition for an oxide superconductor or that of the oxide superconductor (e.g. Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O-based oxide superconductor powder) is prepared. The powder is formed, the formed body is held in a partial melting temp. range under pressure, then held under atmospheric pressure or further held under pressure or held under pressure and atmospheric pressure, and the formed body is sintered to obtain a high-density oxide superconductor. The partial melting temp. means the temp. at which a part of the solid phase in the superconductor is melted and/or the temp. at which the superconductor is melted by the reaction of >=2 kinds of solid phases to form a liq. phase.
