PURPOSE:To improve the channel connection service while preventing the excess load of a line controller by allowing only a telephone set in matching with the discriminating condition of a radio zone number to add a reception level to the line controller and allocating a channel to a radio zone whose reception level is a maximum and connecting the channel. CONSTITUTION:A radio telephone set 16 hooks off and calls a number including a prescribed radio area B. Since connectors in zones A, B among radio connectors 14 store the number of a zone B in a call signal, the connectors add a reception level to the signal and send the result to a line controller 12. The line controller 12 compares a reception level added to a signal from the connector 14 and recognizes a signal from the zone A to be maximum, issues a connection command to the connector 14 at the zone A and sends a call channel designation signal to a telephone set 16. The telephone set 16 returns a switching end signal to the call channel of a radio equipment and the line control circuit 12 closes a loop by a relevant subscriber line to a fixed telephone network 10. A dial tone is sent to the telephone set 16 via a set path and relay operation is implemented.
