PURPOSE:To superpose and output the image data at a high speed even in the case resolution ratios of two pieces of image data are different from each other by providing a superposition processing circuit of picture data, and a memory, and a read/write control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Data inputted from a terminal 101 is inputted to a superposition processing circuit 12 through an input buffer 11, and also, stored in a memory 14 through a data line 103 from the superposition processing circuit 12. The superposition processing circuit 12 superposes picture data inputted from the terminal 101 and the picture data stored in the memory 14, and outputs them to a read/write control circuit 13. The read-write control circuit 13 generates read/write and control signals of the memory 14. Also, the read/write control circuit 13 executes the control of the picture data to the memory 14, as well. Subsequently, the superposed picture data is outputted from a terminal 108 through an output buffer 15. |
