摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the assembling and disassembling efficiency, and the shift accuracy, by providing a bearing member placed in the transmission system of a shift member and linked in the direction of the shift operation by engaging one side projection and the other side recess, and a transmission member. CONSTITUTION:When a spline 79 comes to be at the position I, no spline is engaged, and a shift member 43 is separated from a differential case 29. And when the spline 79 comes to be at the position II, the member 43 is linked to the hub 61 of a viscous coupling 73 by the engagement of splines 79 and 87. And when the spline 79 comes to be at the position III, the member 43 is linked to the differential case 29 by the engagement of splines 77 and 75. And furthermore, when the spline 79 comes to be at the position IV, splines 81 and 89 are engaged adding to generating the condition of the position II. Since the linking of a bearing 103 and a transmission member 105 is not made by a pressing-in, and there occurs no position slippage in the operating direction between the bearing 103 and the member 105, the position accuracy in the positions I to IV of the member 43 is high, and no error operation of an interrupting mechanism 91 is generated.
