The blowing apparatus for using a discharging air of vacuum pump comprises: a vacuum pump (2) mounted on a base plate (1) operated by a motor (3); a cleaner (7) mounted on the suction pip e(5) of the pump (2) and connected with a dehydroating pipe (16) of the dehydrator, a filter plate (9) having filtering pores (9a) and mounted in the cleaner (7) having a cover (7'); a noise arresting box (10) mounted on the discharge pipe (6) of the pump (2) and having a noise arresting plate (11) attached on top of the inflow pipe (10a) and an air blow guide pipe (12) having air blow holes (13).
