PURPOSE:To obtain a nonreducing dielectric porcelain composition not reduced and not converted into a semiconductor when baked in the reducing atmosphere by forming main constituents with oxides of Ba, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ce, Ti, and Zr, and specifying the mole ratios of the constituents. CONSTITUTION:A composition is mainly made of oxides of Ba, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ce, Ti, and Zr and expressed by the general formula (Ba1-1-m-n-0SrlCamMgnCeq)o(Ti1-pZrp)O3, where(1), (m), (n), (o), (p), and (q) are set to 0.05<=1<=0.30, 0.005<=m<=0.22, 0.0005<=n<=0.05, 0.0005<=o<=0.02, 0<p<=0.20, and 1.002<=q<=1.03, and 0.02-2.0mol% of at least one kind of oxides MnO2, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, and CoO of Mn, Fe, Cr, and Co is added. |
