PURPOSE: To interrupt the dispensation of documents when documents are erroneously dealt with, by providing an automatic document dispensing machine comprising an accept door, a power shaft for adjusting the opening of the accept door, an accept door opening means attached to the power shaft and coupled to the accept door and a locking means for locking the accept door at a closed position. CONSTITUTION: During operation, a stacker wheel 16 is rotated so as to dispense documents onto an interrupting door 43, and if the documents are precisely dealt with in an automatic document dispensing machine 13, the power shaft 17 is rotated clockwise in the direction in which the accept door 17 is opened, and a crank pin 35 rotates a drive link 29 clockwise so as to open the door 15. If the document is inaccurately dealt with, the condition is detected by the machine 13 which therefore delivers a signal to the shaft 17, and accordingly, the crank pin 57 rotates an interrupting door drive link 53 counterclockwise. Thus, the link 53 presses the link 63 and the door 43 downward so as to open the door 43 until the dispensed documents drops into a drawer 45, and thereafter, the shaft 17 is rotated counterclockwise so as to close the door 15. |
