PURPOSE:To eliminate warping of a cement group plate and cure the same by precoating upper and lower surfaces and side end surface, front and rear and left and right, which form all over the outer surfaces of a cement group plate and carry out autoclave curing. CONSTITUTION:A cement group plate composed of a green sheet formed into the given size by a press is naturally dried and preliminarily cured. Then, precoating is applied to the upper and lower surfaces and four side end surfaces, front and rear and left and right, of said cement group plate 1 in the semi-cured state by using acryl resin emulsion or the like, and then the plate is mounted on a tray plate 3 and put into a magazine rack 4. Then, said magazine rack 4 is placed on a truck 12, put into an autoclave 2 and cured, and then said cement group plate 1 is cured. Then, the cement group plate 1 is taken out of the tray plate 3 one by one and its surface is coated with acryl emulsion or the like to finish the coating of the surface. |
