PURPOSE:To obtain a deodorant which possesses the effect for a variety of odoriferous substances and particularly develops the remarkable effect for trimethylamine which develops the bad odor such as stimulative fish odor and can be obtained at a low cost, by carrying out the extraction for the living articles such as leaves and flowers or dried articles by using the mixture of polar solvents and manufacturing a deodorant containing the obtained extraction substance as effective component. CONSTITUTION:Water content of the rose group plant material is removed in an oven set at a temperature of 60 deg.C, and after drying, the material is pulverized by using a mixer, and solvent is added in a rate of 20ml for 1g of the material, and the warm extraction is carried out at 60 deg.C for one hour, and the room temperature extraction is carried out for 15-24 hours. After filtration, the same solvent is added to the residue, and after the warm extraction at 60 deg.C for one hour, separating filtration is carried out, and the filtration liquid is added to the previously separated filtration liquid, and the concentration operation by a rotary evaporator is carried out. After the concentrated liquid is set in a centrifugal separator, the solid portion and dissolved substance are separated, and only the dissolved substance is diluted to a certain concentration by using water, in a measuring cylinder, and a deodorant is obtained. |
