The invention refers to a device to generate mechanic shocks, useful, in special, for the dislocation of pulverous materials, such as, cement on the inside wall of a bunker. The device, according to this invention, is composed of a base support on which a mounting is attached supporting a power cylinder equipped with a rod ending with a metallic plate, and the cylinder is connected through a rectifier to a pressurized air source; on the base support there is a long articulated rod equipped with an impact part continued into an active end part, the two parts being separated by a gasket and the base support containing a mechanic arrester.
