COMPLEX MOULD DESTINED TO SHAKING SCREEN PRODUCTION AT CEREAL COMBINE HARVESTER

摘要

The combined mould is to be used on the manufacturing process line of harvesting machines producers to cast the sieves, which are part of the shakers. The technical solution proposed is a mould with a pressure stamp placed on each side of the alveolar stamping area and two pushers for extracting the sieve from its transversal ribs manufacturing seat. The main advantage of using this type of mould is the reduced manpower and material needed to manufacture the shaker sieves.
