(a) cutting chicken, soaking in the zeolite-contg. soln., deodorizing to obtain the deodorized chicken (I); (b) mixing 6 % starch, 6.4 % egg, 0.2 % ginger, etc. and kneading to obtain the coating material (II); (c) adding the red pepper oil and butter in the cooker, re-adding 5 % honey, 28 % tomato kechap, 0.2 % cholorella, heating for 1-2 min, and mixing with 1 % corns and peas, 0.3 % sesame and 0.05 % sesame oil to obtain the honey sauce (III); (d) coating the (I) with the (II) and frying at 180 deg.C for 10-15 min. in the edible oil to obtain the fryed chickent (IV); (e) mixing the (IV) with the (III) to obtain good taste and flavor. |
