PURPOSE: To enable a surgeon to directly perform excision through a slit material and to easily expose the skin of the periphery to the outside when a designed region is stitched by making a second layer have adhesive force enough to separate a fenestration area from a first layer when the second layer is separated from the first layer to the surface of the first layer. CONSTITUTION: At the time of using a slit structure 10, a released paper 25 is separated from the back 22 of the slit structure 10 so that a first adhesive layer 24 at the back of a first layer 12 is exposed. Subsequently, the adhesive layer side is pasted on the skin of a patient, and excision is performed through the skin and a region of a second layer 14 directly positioned on a fenestration area 26 within the first layer 12. The skin and the slit structure are both stretched out to facilitate operation and grasped. At the end of operation, a pull tab 38 is grasped and pulled in the direction of an arrow 36, thereby removing the second layer 14. At the time of separating the second layer 14, the fenestration area 26 where a perforation is formed of the first layer 12 is also separated with the second layer 14, so that the skin in the periphery of a region subjected to excision is exposed to be stitched up without being obstructed by the slit material. |
