The assembling device is used for fitting different pieces inside a box, like, for example, fitting a stator inside the electric engine box. The assembling device consists of a metallic frame (1), with a rest base (2), on which is placed a hydraulic cylinder (5). On the rod (13) of the hydraulic cylinder (5), there are two removable liners (9, 12) on which are fitted the box (10) and the stator (12) respectively, both placed on slides (16, 17). By shifting the rod (13), the assembling is carried out, with the help of a limiting device (14) and a collar (15).<IMAGE>
