<p>The protection device is used with rubber band elevators, which, during work, tend to decentre at regular intervals, the conveyer buckets column thus risking to deteriorate the frame or other units of the elevators. The protection device consists of a common platform driven by guides interlocked with a box, the common platform resting on springs, which, at a certain spring elongation, make the support close an electric circuit equipped with a warning bell. If decentring continues, the column, by a perception head, spurs a rod that stops the motion of the elevator be means of a limiting device, which interrupts the power supply of the driving electric engine.</p> |
