(a) washing blue crabs with sea water; (b) adding suitable amount of water (5) into the steaming pot (3); (c) putting the washed blue crabs in the steaming pot having holes-contg. support plate (2) and lid (3a); (d) putting the plate type of condiment (4) contg. 50 wt.% crab sauce, 20 wt.% salt, 20 wt.% pepper powder, 5 wt.% vinegar, 4 wt.% garlic, 0.6 wt.% cinnamon and 0.4 wt.% licorice on the (1); (e) piling up (1) and (4); (f) steaming it at 100 deg.C for 25-30 min. to obtain the final product. The cooked blue crab has a good taste. |
