<p>PURPOSE:To remove sheets in a sheet conveyor means easily by providing a sheet conveyor means with an oscillating lever, and supporting a sheet pressing member at the tip part of the oscillating lever. CONSTITUTION:In a two-ream conveyor unit 27 (a sheet conveyor means), sheets P sent in by an entry guide plate 41 are conveyed, by a rubber belt 33, under an entry weight 38 and an intermediate weight 39 energized downward by a coil spring 40 through an arm 37 (an oscillating lever). The sheets P are further conveyed to the carry-in port of a sorter by a discharge roller and sorted into bins for storage. In case a jam or the like is generated to the sheets P during conveyance in the unit 27, an operator puts his hand into the space of the belt 33. Then a pivot 37b provided at the tip part of the arm 37 is pushed upward by the hand, so that both entry weight 38 and intermediate weight 39 are separated from the belt 33 to enable easy removal of the sheets P.</p> |
