<p>PURPOSE:To automatically issue a working slip by issuing the working slip based on a working slip format file formed on a data base in a way that the working slip is fitted to a given format. CONSTITUTION:After a work flow, a recipe, and a type name are determined, information on a type name is stored in data bases 20-1 and 20-2 incorporated in an in-plant managing system 14, and further stored in a data base 18 incorporated in a working slip automatic issuing system 16. Thereafter, when the presence of an input plan is decided, union processing is effected based on lot information fed from an input plan system 10 and type name information read from the data bases 20-1 and 20-2. United information is work information indicating a series of working contents of each lot, and based on the work information, a working slip format file by a given format is formed on the data base 18. Based on the working slip format file, a working slip is issued.</p> |
