PURPOSE:To make a mobile radio machine small-size, by using a synthesizer as an angle modulator also. CONSTITUTION:A modulation signal is inputted to a terminal 3 to attenuate unnecessary high-band components by a splatter filter 5. The output of the filter 5 is superposed onto the output of a loop filter 20 constituting a synthesizer 17 to generate an angle modulation wave in the phase synchronizing loop. The output of the synthesizer 17 is power-amplified by an amplifier 8 and is radiated from an antenna 1. This receiving wave is mixed with the output of the synthesizer 17 by the first mixer and is converted to the first intermediate frequency. Consequently, the synthesizer having the function of a local oscillator is used as an angle modulator also, thereby making the mobile radio machine small-size. |
