PURPOSE:To improve a comfortable feeling in a target area by a method wherein an airflow forming means is arranged for applying a flowing force such that a substantial entire air in an air conditioned region has an inertia force for circulating the air in a specified circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:Adjusted air of which temperature is adjusted by an air conditioner 4 is fed to a blowing port 2 through an air blowing fan 5 and an air feeding duct 6, blown from a blowing port 2 into an air conditioned region 1 to perform a cooling or a heating operation and then the region air discharged from a suction port 3 is turned back to the air conditioner 4 through a circulation fan 7 and a circulation duct 8. An external air duct 10 takes a fresh surrounding air of which amount corresponds to a waste volume. Groups of air blowing devices A1 to A12 having several air blowing devices 13 arranged are installed in the target region 1 over an entire circumference at a predetermined pitch so as to run along a peripheral wall 1a of the target region 1. The region air is sucked from one end opening 11a of a straight cylindrical casing 11 is sucked with a fan 12 and then blown out of a metered opening 11b at the other end. The air blowing direction is set along the nearest peripheral wall 1a and becomes a specified peripheral direction (an arrow F). |
