PURPOSE:To improve power efficiency by mounting a device in which a plurality of current interrupters containing current control elements and reactors are connected in series. CONSTITUTION:Both an MOSFET 17 and a reactor 18 and both a resistor 19 and a capacitor 20 are each connected in series, and a diode 22 is connected between the nodes of both series connectors while both series connectors are connected in parallel, thus constituting current interrupters 16-1-16-N. These current interrupters 16-1-16-N are connected in series with a DC power supply, and the MOSFETSs 17 are driven by gate drive circuits 23. The reactors 18 prevent the sharp increase of currents when the MOSFETs 17 are turned ON, and eliminate the nubalance of voltage due to the variance of ON time of the MOSFETs 17. Surge voltage generated when the MOSFETs 17 are turned OFF flows back in order of the diodes 22, the resistors 19 and the reactors 18 and is absorbed. |
