<p>PURPOSE:To reduce cost by forming an infrared-ray shielding filter and a color separation filter in one body by forming a color-separating filter layer on a substrate which transmits light in at least the 400-700nm range and cuts off light in the >=700nm wavelength range. CONSTITUTION:On an infrared-ray shielding transparent substrate (IRA-05)4' having 0.5mm. thickness, Cr nitride is sputtered to form a 500Angstrom layer and on it, a 1,500Angstrom Cr layer is adhered to form a photoshield layer 12 in a prescribed shape by a photoresist method. Then, a photomask is used to form a layer to be dyed having a prescribed pattern, and the layer is dyed with red dye to form an R colored layer. Similarly, a G and a B colored layer are formed. On the color separation filter layer 5, a protective film 13 is provided. consequently, a color separation and an infrared-ray filter are formed in one body to reduce the cost.</p> |
