PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly of a super-light block material by protruding multiple coupling rods on peripheral sides of upper and lower face bars arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the super-light block material suitable for floating structure, and by forming multiple coupling holes for fitting the coupling rods on upper and lower sides of a side face material. CONSTITUTION:When a super-light block material 1 comprising an aggregate for which small pieces of foaming resin 1a made of foaming styrene and the like are combined together, is to be assembled, flat upper and lower face materials 3, 4 as well as side face materials 5, 6 which form assembly members 2 are arranged on each one of six outer surfaces Multiple coupling rods 7 are protruded to the side on the thick peripheral sides of the upper and lower face materials 3, 4, in a preset interval over the entire circumference, while thread ridges are provided on the point of each coupling rod 7. Multiple coupling holes 8 for inserting the coupling rod 7 is formed in a preset interval on the upper and lower sides of the side face materials 5, 6. After each coupling rod 7 is fitted to the coupling hole 7, the assembly member 2 is assembled by screwing the coupling rod 7 into a nut 7a. |
