The subject of the invention is a method for producing a pizza. The invention consists in using buckwheat flour, wheat flour, oil, salt and water. The proportions are as follows: three quarters of pure buckwheat flour (sarrazin corn), one quarter of pure wheat flour, a little oil, a pinch of natural grey (unrefined) sea salt; the whole thing is mixed in order to aerate the dough with the water, this being in order to obtain a homogenous, not too runny mixture. Application to bases for toppings of pizza type. |
