PURPOSE:To obtain the title substance suitable for drinking and having effect for lowering GPT and GOP by adding ethanol extract of ash obtained by burning a plant body and hen's egg to water and then adding straw thereto to prepare a culture medium and subjecting the culture medium to stationary culture under irradiation of solar light. CONSTITUTION:An ethanol extract of ash obtained by burning a plant body such as grass or tree and hen's egg are added to water and then straw is added thereto to prepare a culture medium. Then the culture medium is subjected to stationary culture under irradiation of solar light to provide the aimed substance in which homoglucans each having >=500000, about 500000 and 70000 molecular weight and a small amount of monosaccharide are detected by a liquid chromatography and ratio thereof is about 30:1.
