<p>PURPOSE:To perform smooth binding by providing a curl suppressing means suppressing the curl of the sheets on a bin to be bound by a binding means and that of the sheets on the adjacent bin. CONSTITUTION:In a sheet post-treatment apparatus (1) equipped with two or more bins 2a, 2b,... having classified sheets P received therein and a binding means 10 binding the sheets P received in the bins 2a, 2b,..., a curl suppressing means 30 suppressing the curl of the sheets P on the bin 2a to be bound by the binding means 10 and that of the sheets P on the bin 2b is provided. The sheets P are classified to be received in two or more bins 2a, 2b,... and the sheets P received in the bins 2a, 2b,... are bound by the binding means 10. At this time, the curl of the sheets P to be bound on the bin 2a and that of the sheets (P) on the bin 2b are suppressed by the curl suppressing means 30. Even when the sheets are largely curled or even when the number of the mounted sheets is many, it can be prevented that the binding means generates binding inferiority.</p> |
