This framework includes an annular rim (1) which is connected to a hub by a connection structure (2) made of stamped sheet metal forming at least one radial spoke (3). The connection structure is fixed to the hub by blocks (8) secured to the hub and crimped onto the bottom (10) of the structure. Each of the radial spokes (3) is terminated by a flat part, wound over the rim (1) between two shoulders on the latter and they then form a flap (22) applied and welded to the adjacent sheet metal of the spoke. <IMAGE>
