The subject of the invention is a jewel. The profile (7) of the support (3) includes a circular groove (8) which, when the support (3) is in place in the housing (6) provided for this purpose in the jewel (5), comes opposite an attachment and gripping means (9) which permits the entry of the support (3) into the housing (6) of the jewel (5), and its forcible exit therefrom.
