<p>PURPOSE:To drive a load for an LED or the like normally even when a control voltage is high or a clock frequency is high by applying the control voltage to a base of one MOS transistor(TR). CONSTITUTION:A base of a TR Q3 connects to a source, a P-channel MOS TR Q4 whose base connects to a power supply VDD is connected in parallel with the TR Q3 and a clock CLK is applied to a gate of the TR Q4. Since the base of the TR Q3 has a common level to the source, the effect of the base is not caused to the source of the channel. Thus, when a TR Q2 is turned off and the TRs Q3, Q4 are turned on, even if a control voltage VCONT is a high voltage, the same voltage as the said high voltage is fed to the gate of a TR Q1, a relevant current flows to the LED 1, which is lighted normally.</p> |
