<p>PURPOSE:To decrease an expensive S-RAM by saving document data in a V-RAM at the time of disconnecting a power source, and placing the document data in a main RAM in the course of electric conduction. CONSTITUTION:A document data area 13 is provided in a main RAM 6 without providing an exclusive RAM for the document data. Also, even in a state that only a V-RAM 3 is disconnected from a power source, battery backup is executed through a power source supply line (B), and the contents are held. In such a way, an exclusive RAM for data such as a document, etc., which is subjected to battery backup by using an S-RAM can be replaced with a D-RAM being inexpensive, small in size and large in capacity, and an information processor being inexpensive, small in size and light in weight can be obtained.</p> |
