PURPOSE:To simplify heat cooking of the subject frozen broiled noodle broiled in earnest by simultaneously putting a respectively specified amount of water and a liquid sauce in a vessel accommodating the frozen broiled noodle prepared by boiling and subsequent cooling, heating the above-mentioned vessel using an open fire for defrosting and preventing the noodle from becoming sticky. CONSTITUTION:For example, water and a liquid sauce are simultaneously put respectively in an amount of 12-40wt.% and 10-20wt.% based on the frozen broiled noodle mentioned below (total amount of water and liquid sauce is controlled to 25-55wt.% based on above-mentioned frozen broiled noodle) in a vessel accommodating frozen broiled noodle and open-fire heating (strong fire may be used and fire control is not required) is carried out using a gas range, etc., thus obtaining the objective cooking. |
