<p>PURPOSE:To improve strength and reduce the cost, by overlapping in order a thin metal sheet having numerous integrally-molded bent ribs, a heat insulating material and a surface material on a roof frame made of heavy weight channel steel. CONSTITUTION:A bilateral pair of arc-shaped vertical frames 2 and a vertical pair of rectilinear horizontal frames 3, all of which are made of heavy weight channel steel, and connected into a square to form a frame 1. A deck plate 4 made of a galvanized sheet or the like is formed in such a way as to be integrally provided with plural L-shaped rib pieces 5 molded in parallel. After riveting the deck 4 to the frame 1, heat insulating material 8 and a surface plate 9 are stuck to the surface of the deck 4 to form a roof panel 11. The upper and lower end parts of the panel 11 are fixed by bolts at beams provided at a building body. As the deck 4 is thereby conformed easily to the curved surface of roof. And braces are not required, the cost can be reduced to a large degree, as well as roofing work and the like can be performed on the top face of the deck 4 because of its high strength.</p> |
