<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the sewage of waste from penetrating in the ground and to well burry the waste refuse by preliminarily laying a water impermeable sheet on the bottom surface of a reclaimed land and further filling up the reclaimed land with the waste refuse in such a state that the upper position of the reclaimed land is covered with a roofing material. CONSTITUTION:A water impermeable sheet 2 is preliminarily laid on the bottom surface of a reclaimed land 1 so as to prevent the penetration of the sewage from waste refuse H to be burried into the ground. Further, the waste refuse H is burried in the reclaimed land 1 in such a state that the upper position of the reclaimed land 1 having the water impermeable sheet 2 laid thereon is covered with a roofing material 3 so as to prevent the intrusion of rainwater. As a result, there is no possibility exerting the adverse effect of sewage on well water and a large-scaled waste water treatment plant is unnecessary and the waste refuse can be well burried.</p> |
