Device for transition between two lines (10, 20) for transmission of a UHF input signal, with wavelength lambda , produced on an insulating substrate (30), including, on a first face (31) of the said substrate (30), on the one hand, a coplanar line (10, 41, 42) comprising a central line (10) and two earth means (41, 42), and, on the other hand, an output line (20) of the slotted type, arranged perpendicularly to the said coplanar line and comprising two branches (21, 22) extending on either side of the central line (10), the two earth means (41, 42) serving as a live point or neutral point for each (21), (22) branch of the output line (20), the point common to the two branches (21, 22) consisting of a metal plane (23) onto which the central line (10) opens out. One (41) of the said earth means is enclosed around the corresponding branch (21) of the output line (20) in such a way that the length (L) of the said branch (21) is equal to quarter of the wavelength lambda .
