<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title raw paper excellent in perforating properties and hard to generate stickiness over a long period of time by forming a layer based on silicone oil having specific dynamic viscosity on the thermoplastic film of a laminate consisting of the thermoplastic film and an ink permeable support. CONSTITUTION:This thermal screen printing raw paper is formed by providing a release layer based on silicone oil with dynamic viscosity of 500,000cs or more on the surface of the thermoplastic film of a laminate consisting of the thermoplastic film and an ink permeable support. As the thermoplastic film, a stretched film composed of a vinylidene chloride/vinyl chloride copolymer, a vinyl resin having a high degree of crystallization or a polyester resin is used and, in order to obtain a perforated image having good perforating properties and high resolving power by a thermal head, the film is pref. made as thin as 4mum or less in usual. When the dynamic viscosity of the silicone oil is below 500,000cs, the transfer of silicone to the ink permeable support increases as a storage period becomes long when the thermal screen printing raw paper is formed into a roll shape and sticking preventing effect lowers by a change with the elapse of day.</p> |
