<p>PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately perform the coordinate operation processing to efficiently manufacture a device by distinguishing data common to plural produced plane resistors and its correction data form each other to write them in storage devices independent of each other. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a position coordinate detector using a plane resistor produced in the same lot as a plane resistor 1 whose treatment is terminated, the same data is written as a correction value in a first storage device 19, and an input element 11 is detected again in known position coordinates, and a correction value required for the value obtained by correcting the obtained coordinate value by data in the first storage device 19 is written in a second storage device 20. Next, the normal position coordinate detecting operation is performed, and correction is performed with respect to data in first and second storage devices. Thus, the value to be corrected is stored in the second storage device 20 as the value specific to the device when position coordinates are detected, thereby accurately performing the coordinate operation processing in a short time to efficiently manufacture the device.</p> |
