<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an in-mold bottle, which has very metallic lustrous appearance and has not wrinkle or the like and the external appearance of which is fine, by a method wherein metallized unstretched film is used for a label at the integral molding of a blown bottle and the label. CONSTITUTION:Unstretched polypropylene film 2, onto which metallizing layer is provided, and olefin-based film 4, which is made of polypropylene/polyethylene and coextruded through adherent resin 3, made of unstretched polypropylene film in the order named. Next, printing is done in advance by means of gravure printing to the laminate of the unstretched polypropylene film and the metallized unstretched polypropylene film 2. The most desirable ink used for the printing onto the polypropylene film is urethane-based ink from the viewpoint of its adherence.</p> |
