PURPOSE:To provide the hand-made high class feeling or warm feeling by molding a skin material composed of a resin packing material stuck on the rear surface of a tricot fabric into the desired shape by means of a vacuum molding means and carrying out the integral molding of a desired resin molded product by means of said material. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 12 is composed of a fabric 12a and a packing material 12b of hard resin laminated on the rear surface of said fabric 12a. First, said skin 12 is set in a vacuum mold to mold the skin of desired shape. Then, said skin 12 and an instrument core material 13 formed preliminarily are set in a foam mold, and then foamed resin is injected between said skin 12 and core material 13. Then, the mold is closed and the foamed resin is foam molded to mold an instrument panel 11 composed of the skin 12, a foamed layer 14 and the core material 13 integrated all together. At that time, it is recommended that tricot be used for the fabric 12a of the skin 12 and the thickness of fiber be several denier for better feeling. |
