PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of product quality, when electronic parts are inserted automatically into a printed board, by bringing an upper limit member into contact with the rod of a shock absorber before an upper board receiver reaches the rear surface of the board when a clinch head ascends. CONSTITUTION:A shock absorber 5 is arranged on the rear surface of the table for a chinch head 1 and an upper limit member 4 is arranged at the lower end of a lower piston rod 3b in an air cylinder 3 of the clinch head 1. When the clinch head 1 ascends, the upper limit member 4 is brought into contact with the rod 5a of the shock absorber 5 before a board receiver 11 above the clinch head 1 reaches the rear surface of a printed board. Consequently, the anvil 12 of the clinch head 1 contacts slowly with the rear surface of the printed board when an electronic parts is inserted automatically thus protecting the printed board against stress or vibration due to the clinch head 1. Consequently, deterioration of product quality can be prevented when electronic parts are inserted automatically. |
