The beaker-crate made from a single piece of carton consists of a base (1) to which are attached facing ends and sides (2,3). The top lengthwise edge (4) of each side (3) has roughly rectangular holes (5) in for fixing the cover (6) which is half the width of the base (1) and has folded-down lid-suppirt-flaps (7,8) which have upward-bent fixture-strips (9,10). Each two fixture-strips (9,10) form a hollow support-bar (11,12) together with the covering support-flaps (7,8) preferably stuck to their insides, between the lid (6) and the base (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - The beaker-crate is suitable for taking beakers which have been previously unpacked from a multiple pack.
