PURPOSE:To attain incoming call connection by using a common database retrieval means so as to retrieve a communication network in which relevant individual numbers exist and using a connection request transfer means so as to transfer a connection request to other communication network in which relevant individual numbers exist. CONSTITUTION:When one subscriber makes a call to other subscriber by using a personal number, whether or not a personal number corresponding to its own network DB(database) 11 exists is retrieved by its own network DB retrieval means 12, and when the personal number exists, an incoming connection means 13 is used to connect the subscriber to a relevant communication equipment by using the subscriber line number. On the other hand, when no relevant personal number exists in the DB 11, a communication network in which relevant individual numbers exist is retrieved by the common DB retrieval means 14 with respect to the common DB 42 in a center 40. A connection request transfer means 15 transfers a connection request to a retrieved communication network 30. Its own network DB retrieval means 32 of the network 30 retrieves a relevant personal number with respect to its own network DB 31 and the communication equipment corresponding to the relevant personal number is subjected to incoming connection by using the incoming call connection means 33 based on the retrieval result by using the subscriber line number.
