PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of automatic operation setting of a system protective relay at the preliminary training stage of a trainee by automatically simulating the operation of the system protective relay based on a fault calculation in the power system simulating method for training the worker in a control station. CONSTITUTION:A trainer sets a system fault data at a preliminary training stage (A). Thus set fault data is registered in a fault data file 2b. A fault calculation program 6b is then executed for the input fault data, and a system protective relay to be operated and a CB to be tripped are stored in an SV stage change data file 4. At a training execution stage (B), fault calculation including simulation of the operation of the system protective relay and power flow/ frequency calculation 6, i.e., simulation of the power system, are executed in parallel. Immediately after start of training, only power flow/frequency calculation is carried out. Subsequently, fault calculation 6b and power flow/frequency calculation 6 are executed in parallel at the simulation step. |
