The double screen wiper for vehicle windscreens has two wiper blades arranged in parallel and connected by a bridge to a wiper arm. Two bridge constructions (8) are arranged to carry over their whole length, the wiper blade pair. These are connected to each other via a coupling (1), with the wiper arm (9) in engagement with the coupling. ADVANTAGE - Design of double screen wiper which avoids the need for investment in new die casting tools for larger bridges.
