PURPOSE:To prevent the reliability of an electric power system from decreasing and to improve the reliability of the function of the controller by judging that a control area moves to a new area when a current state value varies from one control area to the other control area and exceeds the border line between the two control areas for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:The control plane is in a control area determined by a plane by extracting an optional quantity among three parameters, namely, the primary and secondary bus voltages V1 and V2 and the passing reactive voltage Q of a main transformer. If one control area contacts a control plane even partially, it is judged that the control area moves to the new area when the current state value varies from one control area to the other control area and exceeds the border line between the two control areas for the specific time. Thus, the state wherein the new area is entered continues for longer than the specific time, the decision is made to preclude control in the reverse direction due to instantaneous external influence. |
