PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by using three-state buffer gates as a means for sequentially switching a driving-pulse signal of each phase winding and an analog braking signal corresponding to the rotation speed of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A signal is generated from an analog-braking-signal generator 2 by sensing the rotation of a motor 1, and is applied to the bases of driving transistors Trs in a driving circuit 8 via an amplifier 6. An exciting-phase selector 7 comprising three-state buffer gates GB1-GB4 is connected to the bases of the transistors Trs of the exciting-phase selector 7. Therefore, the analog braking signal is input to the base of the transistor whose phase corresponds to the HIGH gate signal, and said phase is excited as a braking phase corresponding to the rotation speed. Thus, each transistor is effectively switched, the circuit can be simplified, and the response characteristics can be enhanced. |
