<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a vehicle from irregular acceleration by automatically setting a clutch in its semi-clutching operation when an accelerator pedal is abruptly depressed during running at a low gear stage. CONSTITUTION:When an accelerator pedal 3 is depressed in accordance with a gear position which is detected by a transmission gear position sensor 6, a signal for semi-clutching operation is delivered to a clutch 7. An actuator 8 is driven under the control of a solenoid valve 9, and the clutch 7 is engaged while it slips in a semi-clutching operation. An actuator 8 is driven under the control of the solenoid valve 9 so that the clutch 7 take sits semi-clutching condition while it is engaged. Thereafter, when a time which is several times as long as the period of sobbing has elapsed, the clutch is gradually coupled, so that it is possible to prevent irregular a acceleration.</p> |
