PURPOSE:To prevent the blister and to improve the high speed moldability and the adhesive strength by specifying a surface area of the upper projecting part and average depth of the lower recessed part than the center of amplitude in an embossed rugged shape of the reverse side of an in-mold label. CONSTITUTION:As for a label 1, its reverse side is embossed by a pattern of a reverse gravure type by setting the number of lines of a roll to 80 - 200 pieces/inch, and thereafter, drawing of 4 - 8 folds in the vertical direction and/or 4 - 12 folds in the horizontal direction is executed. From a center line L of amplitude of a crest and a valley of ruggedness of the surface of a film after drawing, a surface area S of a projecting part occupies 50 - 90% of the whole label, desirably 55 - 80% and from the line L, average depth L1 of a recessed part is formed to 0.5 - 10 mum, desirably 1 - 8 mum. Since the recessed part is dispersed on the whole surface, gas and air are confined in a shape dispersed by a small quantity each and the depth is extremely smaller than wall thickness, therefore, generation of a blister can be improved remarkably. |
